Owner review required before publication: confirm the legal business entity name, the data-retention period, all service providers that receive form data, and whether any additional state-specific notices apply.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact or merchant-audit form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business, email, phone number, industry, payment goals, preferred next step, and any details you include about your current setup. If you use the calculator, the figures submitted with the form may include your entered monthly card volume, rate, and the resulting estimate.

The form may also record limited request context, such as the page address, referring page, and campaign parameters in the link you used.

How we use information

We use submitted information to:

  • review and respond to your inquiry;
  • prepare for a statement review, consultation, or Experience Store visit;
  • understand which payment solutions may be relevant to your business; and
  • operate, protect, and improve the inquiry process.

How information is handled

Form submissions are stored in the website's lead system. A server-side follow-up workflow may send the submission to a service configured by Level Up Group. We do not place submitted form details in the page address or intentionally expose server credentials in the browser.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the inquiry process, protect the website, comply with applicable legal obligations, or respond to a lawful request. We do not state that information is sold or not sold until the owner confirms the business's practices.

Analytics, advertising, and consent

Essential site functions and first-touch attribution may be stored in your browser so a later inquiry can be associated with the page or campaign that brought you here. Optional analytics and advertising integrations are not activated unless the applicable consent choice and provider configuration are present. Advertising integrations should not receive contact information unless the owner confirms the required consent, hashing, account settings, contracts, and policy requirements.

Uploaded statements

A statement uploaded through the designated statement-review workflow is intended for private object storage, restricted access, file-type and size checks, retention controls, and a malware-scanning workflow. Uploaded documents are not intended to be attached to ordinary notification emails. Do not upload cardholder data, full card numbers, authentication data, bank login credentials, or sensitive underwriting documents.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form and contact Mike directly instead. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email mike@levelupmypayment.com. Whether a request can be completed may depend on applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

Security, retention, and children

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Level Up Group should retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here and applicable obligations. The exact retention schedule requires owner review. This business website is not directed to children. The current technical retention setting for statement files is configurable; the owner must approve the actual policy and deletion schedule before enabling production uploads.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the website or business practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to mike@levelupmypayment.com or Level Up Group, 1076 River Road, Floor 2, Edgewater, NJ.
